Armored Combat

Site opening – 10:30 AM: Inspections/Authorizations
10:30 AM – 11:15 AM (ish): Queen’s Favor Tournament
11:45 AM (ish): 3-Man Doorway Tourney
2:00 PM (ish): Bring Your Best Tourney

Queen’s Favor Tournament (Armored)

  • Format to be presented on the list field

3-Man Doorway Tourney

  • Two teams start on opposite sides of a doorway; the objective is to get through the doorway to the opposite side. Most team members through the door and on the opposite side win.
  • Doorway Tourney Rules:
    • ALL weapons are allowed except combat archery and siege weapons
    • Round Robin or Double elimination depending on number of teams
  • If Round Robin, team with most victories wins
    • Three-minute timed round
    • Teams must go through doorway to opposite side
    • Each team starts 10 feet from doorway
    • No throwing blows around door frame
    • Team members must be all the way through the door to count
    • “Dragging” a legged team member onto the other side is allowed
    • No grappling of opposing team members i.e. dragging them back through the door
    • In event of a tie:
      • A hold will be called to determine surviving team members
      • Survivors fight to last man standing with wounds retained

  • Standard Double Elimination Tourney

Art of Defense

  • 1v1 tournament
    • Single sword
    • Single elimination
    • Destructive doubles
    • Wounds retained for the next fight

Queen’s Favor Tournament (Steel)

  • Format to be presented on the list field

Feast of Eagles C&T Tournament

  • Double Elimination, Bring your Best
    • Demonstrate your prowess by piercing the pancreas of your enemy with unparalleled panache.
  • Melee Drills until you drop
    • General Helmut der Adler seeks the fittest of fighters to face the fierce forces of our foes. After the Tournaments are Complete, join in a series of grueling melee drills meant to develop teamwork, coup d’oeil and endurance.

  • We are looking for List Ministers, Voice Heralds, and Marshalls. Please contact me if you would like to volunteer
  • The list fields will be on the east side of the property with plenty of room for sunshades. Please keep the parking lot access on the west side of the list fields open for loading and unloading vehicles.
  • There will be a Youth list field for youth combat
