Join us for an exciting day of tournaments, activities, and, of course, the feast!

Please Note: Pets are allowed ONLY on the outdoor premises of the site. No pets are allowed indoors! Please be aware of the extreme heat expected for Saturday and take this into consideration when deciding if you wish to bring your pet. (Service animals are of course welcome.)

Site opens at 9am, closes at 9pm.

          Vigils Scheduled for 10am and 10:30am
          Court – 5pm at their Majesties Leisure

Site Registration: 

  • Adult Registration:  $15
  • Adult member registration: $10
  • Youth 12-17:  $5
  • Children under 12 are free

Inn/Feast:  We WILL be having a fabulous Mediterranean feast for $15/person.

Feast Pre-Registration has sold out. There will be a waiting list at Gate for any open spots due to cancellations.

First Course
• Dolmathes
• Eggplant puree
• Pickled turnips
• Marinated artichoke hearts
• Olives & walnuts in pomegranate molasses
• Pita bread

Second Course
• Mushroom salad
• Lentil salad
• Cucumber salad

Third Course
• Lemon chicken
• Rice with Lentils
• Spinach Triangles

Fourth Course
• Beef with cherries
• Couscous
• Carrots with honey and sesame seeds

Fifth Course
• Baklava
• Fruit

Inn serving a ploughman’s lunch will be available for donations only.  Site is discreetly wet.

Activities include:

  • Rattan Tournaments

     This is the planned schedule for the Rattan fighting.
          Site opens at 9am
          Inspections will start at 10am
          Authorizations will start at 1030am
          Man-at-arms tournament 11am
          Bring your best, double elimination tournament
                    30 minutes after Men-at-arms tourney.
          Barrier tournament to follow.

  • Cut and Thrust Tournaments

     Here is the proposed Cut & Thrust schedule
          10:00 am – Inspections
          10:30 am – Authorizations
          11:00 am – Pick and mix Tournament (you and
                    your opponent each roll a die to get your
                    weapon system) round robin format.
          Afternoon: melee scenarios based on space
                     and participation.
          If interested an informal Arming Sword and
                    I-33 class can be taught.

  • Thrown Weapons Competitions
  • Bocce Tournament
  • Other fun games will be available for fun for all ages.
  • Classes TBA
  • Arts and Science Competition: Anything made of Wood. Be creative, boxes, games, chairs, tables, fest gear, etc.

Merchants welcome:  No merchant fee.  Please provide your own tables.
